"Traffic Here v. Traffic There"

"Salt Lake City"
Salt Lake City, sudden Snow fall, everybody rushes home before getting stuck in the traffic.
I opened the newspaper and I see it An image of what here is considered heavy traffic. 3 line of cars perfectly aligned.
"Buenos Aires"
I got home and I see, on the Argentina news website, that everybody is rushing home from their summer vacations. And a picture of the traffic that it's causing in Buenos Aires made me laugh.
It's a given that one shouldn't compare a metropolitan city traffic like Buenos Aires with a much smaller city like Salt Lake City, but the difference of the traffic here v. traffic there is still funny.
