So bad, that it's awesome
142,074,108 Million people watched so far Rebecca Black's music video making her and her song very popular.
Apparently, the song "Friday" received the "worse song ever" award.
This "phenomenon" of It's-so-bad-that-it's-awesome happened many times before. The first that come to my mind is the Asian looking guy, William Hung, that in 2004 gained stardom with his funny American idol performance of Ricky Martin's song, She Bangs.
It was so bad, that it was awesome. After him, many people tried to be bad in purpose so they could awesome too... unfortunally for them, they were just bad, and the only thing they gained was humiliation.
